The Site is the exclusive property of the company MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN.
Accordingly, in accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code, MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN holds the copyright in the entire Site (texts, photographs, graphic identity, data, programs, etc.).
Every user undertakes not to use this content, nor to allow anyone else to use it, for unlawful purposes. To that end, any representation or reproduction, in whole or in part, permanent or temporary, on any electronic and/or paper medium, and by any means whatsoever (including by framing*), of any element of the Site or of the products offered for sale, without the prior and express consent of MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN, is prohibited and constitutes an act of infringement, which may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY OF MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN
In general, the obligations of MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN are expressly acknowledged to be obligations of best endeavours.
Within the scope of this obligation of best endeavours, MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN undertakes to use its best efforts to keep the Site accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access to the Site may nevertheless be interrupted, in particular for maintenance, without MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN incurring any liability.
Furthermore, MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN accepts no liability for any malfunctions that may occur on the Site and result in a loss of data or in the unavailability of access to the information published on it.

DATA SECURITY
MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN secures the Site and its IT system by means of technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data collected, so as to ensure as far as possible the security of your data and to prevent access by unauthorised persons.
Our subcontractors act in accordance with our instructions and therefore in compliance with the legislation on personal data.
Finally, the personal data collected is at no time transferred to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

To be taken into account by MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN, your request must state your surname(s), first name(s) and email or postal address, include a copy of your proof of identity (to prevent identity theft) and specify the purpose of your request. MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN will give it the closest attention and will reply within one month at most. The copy of your proof of identity will be destroyed without delay once your identity has been verified.
These persons also have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data where the legal basis is the legitimate interest of MAUPAS-SEHIKYAN or their consent, as well as the right to object to direct marketing.
In addition, anyone who does not wish to receive unsolicited commercial telephone calls may register free of charge on a telephone canvassing opt-out list, either electronically on the website bloctel.gouv.fr or by post at the following address: Société Opposetel, Service Bloctel, 6 rue Nicolas Siret, 10 000 Troyes.

COOKIES
A cookie is a small file placed on a user's computer or smartphone when a website is visited.
The Site places cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, which do not require consent. With the user's consent, given in the banner displayed on their first visit, it also places audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising effectiveness cookies (Google Ads), provided by Google Ireland Limited. Without consent, none of these cookies is placed and no Google script is loaded.
